You will be contacted within 48 hours with the name, address & phone number of an Earsound Professional Network Associate located just minutes from your home.

Step 1
Schedule your fitting appointment (this service is included with your purchase)

Step 2
Ear impressions will be taken of your ears and sent to Earsound’s lab. Ear impressions are harmless, painless and will take less than 10 minutes. However, give yourself a 30 minute window.

Step 3
Your custom product(s) will arrive at your shipping address approximately 10 – 14 days after your fitting appointment. *Please allow additional time for gold products

Ears On File (EOF)

Your ear mold(s) are scanned and saved into our database. For all future orders, you will simply reference your name and EOF reference number located in the special requests box. Having your EOF with Earsound will save you time and money on all future Earsound Customs orders.
